8.2 14-Day Cancellation Right (Cooling-Off Period) - Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason:
For online courses or live sessions, the period starts the day after you enter into the contract.
For digital content (e.g., downloadable PDFs, videos, or e-books): The period starts the day after you enter into the contract, but see 5.4 below if access is immediate.

We will refund the remaining amount within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
8.3 Digital Content and Loss of Cancellation Right
For digital content supplied immediately (e.g., instant downloads or access to online course materials):
If you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that this waives your 14-day cancellation right, you lose the right to cancel once the download or access has started.
We will obtain your explicit consent (e.g., via a checkbox: “I consent to immediate access and understand this waives my 14-day cancellation right”) before providing the content.
This complies with Regulation 28(2) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Certain products (e.g., personalised or custom-made content) are exempt from the cancellation right under Regulation 28.
8.5 No Refunds Outside These Rights
Except as required by law, all sales are final once the cancellation period expires or has been waived.
